Refund Policy

To inquire about returning a product or collecting a refund, please contact: wines@winedepot.com

All return and refund requests (including damaged or defective products) are handled on a case-by-case basis, as each return represents a unique situation. The Wine Depot reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to charge up to a 25% restocking fee on eligible returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

Consumables: Wine Kits are considered food-grade products and therefore will NOT be eligible for return.

Return Eligibility

Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the item is deemed defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

Packages received damaged must be reported to wines@winedepot.com within 48 hours of receipt. Take photos of the damaged package prior to opening. If the contents of the package are damaged, please take photos of that as well. This information will be required if a freight claim needs to be submitted. Failure to comply may result in a denied claim.

The Wine Depot is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Process

Should an item be eligible for a return, the customer will be responsible for arranging delivery and paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking abilities and delivery confirmations as The Wine Depot will not be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

The Wine Depot is not responsible for any shipping delays. Once your order is shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier. Should you experience delays, please contact the carrier directly.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
